Cottonwood Canyon Weather on Alexa

Alexa, Amazon's talking assistant, can tell you the current weather and avalanche conditions.To hear the backcountry conditions, simply say, "Alexa, play my flash briefing."

To add this skill to your Amazon echo device:

1. Log into http://alexa.amazon.com.
2. Choose Settings on the left side of the page.
3. Choose Flash Briefing from the Alexa Preferences section of Settings.
4. Choose Get more Flash Briefing content.
5. Enter "Wasatch Backcountry" in the search bar and press Enter.
6. Select the Wasatch Backcountry Skiing skill.
7. Select Enable.
8. There will a short wait while the skill is enabled.

The Wasatch Backcountry Skiing skill should now be listed in the "On" section of your flash briefings (Settings > Alexa Preferences > Flash Briefing). You can toggle the briefing on/off from this page or choose Edit Order to change the order that you hear the briefings.
